Eligibility Criteria for Google Jobs :  If asked about your dream company from an IT aspirant , his answer would be Google in milliseconds. Google is the biggest online Search Engine company . It not only dominates online search with its search engine but also online ads with Google Ad words . These days Google has emerged as a Software company , giving credits to Android Mobile Operating System . Today there are more of Android OS users than those of iPhone, Windows Phone and Blackberry .

Google’s main focus has always been his employees , who form the main part of the success of all organisations . In return of their hard work for the success of the organisation, Google provides them with high salary, bonuses and other financial rewards . Google conducts a placement process for selecting bright and talented employees and this includes tests and interviews .

ELIGIBILITY

B.Tech

1. You should maintain at least 65 percent marks throughout the academic career . It means 65% marks in 10th , 12th and B.Tech course .

2. There should be no backlogs when applying for Google Jobs .

MCA

Here also , the same condition applies i.e. you should maintain atleast 65% marks throughout the academic career .

GOOGLE Placement test

All  you need to appear for Google’s eligibility test is :

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with a good academic record .
  • Good knowledge in internet , web-search, online advertising ,  numerical analysis ,fraud detection and e-commerce .
  • Good written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills and ability to communicate clearly and efficiently .

There are various sections included in the test during test conduction . Various sections are :

  1. Questions from computer awareness
  2. Verbal reasoning
  3. Quantitative aptitude
  4. Critical reasoning

And the standard of the questions depends upon the nature of the post .

The candidates who clear the written test are further called up for the interview .

There is a psychometric test , which is conducted to identify the personality, behaviour ,social activities , qualities and values of the candidates . The most important thing is honesty . The candidate should remain honest during the test .

Google Placement Interview

A person who is selected after the psychometric test will be then called for a technical interview which includes questions from what they have studied before and about the projects they have undergone .

After technical interview , there will be HR interview which includes some personal questions like what is the reason behind choosing Google , you personal interests , etc ..

You should remain honest throughout all your test and interviews . Never try to be over smart . This will give a bad impression about you  . Just be prepared for all the technical , aptitude  and other questions .

    hi..nice post.my question if person good in technical knowledge like me i am B.A graduate but my interest in Technical so i have following skills linux,python,django,html5,sql,nltk,java(basic). is there any chance to get job in software engineer or similar?

    we have 48% , 48% , 61% in 10th 12th and b.tech respectively and pursuing m.tech (IT) from NIT-PATNA
    Can I eligible for google. if not
    then what is another way for getting a google job.

    what if some one is having one back in his 1 sem in not cs related subject?? and has good verbal and non verbal communication skill and 85% from 2 semester to 8 semester.. is he eligible to appy??
